for me inspiration comes in many forms, whether through art, music, movies, or people. it's the ONES THAT MAKE YOU THINK THOUGH, THAT HAVE AN AFFECT ON WHO YOU ARE, AND WHAT YOU WILL BECOME.I find inspiration in movies that force your attention; lyrics that have meaning; design that has a purpose; people with dedication; dreams that wake you up; ideas with direction; motion with a destination; text that has a message; the clean necessity of things.......can you relate? a good designer is not the one who takes you from "WHAT YOU HAVE" to "WHAT YOU WANT", but the ONE WHO TAKES YOU FROM "WHAT YOU WANT" TO "WHAT YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU WANTED".when you design, don't follow the crowd. just follow your dreams. a studio should be a dream factory.great design skills can only take an idea so far. passion is the engine of creativity.designing is like composing & orchestrating a song. everybody can use the same notes. but who is going to make a hit?a good design appeals to your reason. a great design appeals to your emotions. there are so many emotions you can assemble in a design.just because an option fits doesn't mean it looks right.good ideas result from uninhibited experimentation.implicity is the ultimate sophistication.good design is guts, brains and soul.customized design. there are no rulesnew media development, dallas, fort worth, texas, california, 3D, XML!
